REFUNDS & RETURNS
We accept 30 day returns such that the following is satisfied...
- Your item must be in same condition that you received it & also come with the original packaging
- Your item must be defective or incorrect size delivered (i.e. ordered a L, received an M)
- Required proof of purchase
- Required Photo of defective or photo of incorrect size item
- Must be less than 30 days since delivery
Please note: Windbreakers, Jackets, Phone Cases & On Sale Items, are all final sale.
Shipping Info for Returns
To return an item, email email@example.com, where you will be provided with shipping instructions and information for you return. Customers must follow the shipping instructions given.
- Shipping is covered by Anime Is Luv for defective or incorrect size items.
- Shipping is covered at the buyers expense when the wrong item is purchased.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/warehouse.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming your refund and that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (within 1-7 days). If you have any concerns about your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, before your contact us..
- Check if your refund has been credited back to your payment account
- Check that it has been less than 7 days since the refund was issued

Regarding order cancellations, it is suggested to contact us via email within one day from the time you placed the order to cancel. Once your items have left for transit you can no longer cancel it; you will not be able to cancel your order for logistical reasons. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed. You will have the possibility to return your order at your cost once you have received it; please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance for the before instance.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
