“When will I see tracking information?”
- You will receive your tracking information once your package is sent out for shipment. However, it may take up to 48 hours to start receiving tracking updates.
“My order shipped but I never got my package…”
- Don’t worry! If you have not received your package, and it's much past is expected delivery time, please reach out your countries postal service to locate your item (USPS for United States). If your package is still unable to to be located, please complete the missing package claim with your postal service; then contact us and include your case number. We will make sure you receive your order.
“I entered the wrong address, can I change it?”
Once an order ships, we’re unable to change its destination so please ensure all address information is correct along with any apartment unit, or suite numbers. This being said, send us an email to email@example.com as soon as possible with the right info, and we will do our best to change your address.
“I mistakenly order the wrong size/color, can you change it??”
- Once an order ships, we’re unable to change the size which was selected, please ensure you select the correct size/color before placing your order. This being said, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with the size/color you meant to select, and we will do our best to change it for you.
“How should I wash my apparel”
- We recommend you wash all apparel on a cold setting, and air dried to prevent fade and keep your apparel looking new.
